I was inspired by my friend Ciara (at Milkmoon) to try my hand at blogging. So much so that I just couldn't resist dedicating my first posts to her.

My mother is my other biggest inspiration. She is so artsy craftsy. And such a good cook! She's painting at the moment. She painted this one for me. I love it! The flower is a Gardenia which is the flower I chose for our wedding nearly 16 years ago.
