Easter Fun

I was glad for break today. A break from work and school and a break from the clouds. I have to say I was a bit tired of it all. Recession talk and other messages of gloom and doom. But the sun and the girls' enthusiasm perked me up.

& my pink tulips actually came up this year...


& Elinor had fun camping with the Tracker Scouts in Powerscourt Demesne.




& I have a thing for old wrought iron gates and stone walls around Powerscourt and other Big Houses in Ireland! It's the details of the craftsmanship that intrigue me and how they age.



& we dyed our Easter eggs.


& decorated the house for Easter.



& what a beautiful Easter Sunday it started out to be & the hunt was now afoot.
